Movement has been therapeutic for me throughout my life and it is an honor and a joy to share that process with others. I teach all classes from a trauma informed perspective and believe that yoga and movement have the potential to increase feelings of safety, stability, choice and confidence. I have been teaching Vinyasa Yoga and Sculpt since 2015 and integrate yoga psychology into my mental health therapy practice. Outside of the yoga studio and therapy office, you’ll find me and my partner running the trails of Forest Park, exploring the mountains with my mini australian shepherd Ziggy, following Pearl Jam on tour and finding the best veggie burger.
