Our Classes


Whether you are craving the heat, prefer an unheated class, or you like practicing from home- we have options for you! Our radiantly-heated classes are held in the Fire Room and our unheated classes are held in the Earth Room. Livestream classes are broadcasted daily from the Water Room, and if you can’t make it live – don’t worry! We’ll email you the link to the recording that you can take up to 3 days later whenever it works for you.

Livestream Classes

A calming and grounding practice focusing on a full body stretch including the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. Find release, balance and calm with this soothing practice, whether you have been sitting at a desk all day, or participating in high-intensity workouts resulting in tired, shaky muscles.

Class Instructions

To take this class LIVE:

  2. Make sure that your email address is correct in your profile in order to receive the zoom link for class. (Verify here)
  3. We do ask that only those in the United States sign up for these classes and that you have COMPLETED A LIABILITY WAIVER with us when you register for the class.
  4. Set your email account so that messages from “hello@fitgrid.com” always arrive in your inbox, and are never marked as spam. (Helpful article)
  5. Once you sign up for a live stream class, you’ll receive a confirmation email from FitGrid soon after.
  6. One hour before the scheduled class start time, you’ll receive another email from FitGrid with a unique link to access the live stream. If you sign up for class less than an hour before class start time, you will receive the link right away. Not seeing the email? Search your spam and promotions folders. Look for subject lines containing the phrase “live-stream link”.
  7. As always, make sure you are in a place with a good internet connection–otherwise, the stream may skip!
  8. Have your device ready: Computer is recommended, but tablets and phones will work as well.
  9. Click your unique link a few minutes before class is scheduled to start.
  10. If you have the Zoom application on your device already, you’ll join immediately. If you do not have the Zoom application on your device, you’ll be prompted to download it.
  11. Roll out your mat, turn up the volume and enjoy yoga from the comfort of your own home. 🙂

  2. The link to the recording of the class will arrive in your inbox within 4 hours of class start time and will be available for 3 days.

This unheated class offers a slow and nurturing practice that is well-supported and relaxing. Postures are approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on

  • Do not come to class if you have any cold or flu symptoms! Cancel your reservation asap. Late cancel fees will be waived due to illness or emergency. Thank you for always being honest!
  • Arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Classes will start promptly as scheduled, but please do call the studio if you are running a couple minutes late to let us know.
  • Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist.
  • You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 8 am classes, or otherwise you must cancel greater than four hours prior to class start times, to avoid being charged a $15 late-cancel fee.
  • If you do not cancel your reservation AND do not attend your pre-registered class, you will be charged a $20 no-show fee.

Heated Classes

One of our signature classes: a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. We begin by stretching and warming up the body while building into sun salutations and warrior poses, followed by a focused set of standing/balancing postures.   Fire up your core through spine and abdominal strengthening and move with breath through a set of 4 vinyasa flows. Wind down the class with seated poses and deeper stretches to then complete your practice with a final resting pose. Room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-104 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout each class as needed.

Heated Classes

The 80-minute version of our signature Hot FLY60 class with a few more postures included at a slower pace. A fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. We begin by stretching and warming up the body while building into sun salutations and warrior poses, followed by a focused set of standing/balancing postures. Pick up the pace a bit and move with breath through a set of 4 vinyasa flows. Then, come down to the floor for spine and abdominal strengthening and wind down the class with seated poses and deeper stretches to then complete your practice with a final resting pose.

Room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-104 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout each class as needed.

This class has not yet returned to our regular schedule but we hope to bring it back soon!
