I was first introduced to yoga in 2003, and loved the balance of focus, challenge, and relaxation that I found through my practice. I received my RYS 200 Teacher Certification at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Dharamsala, India in June 2010 and have been teaching ever since. My focus has been on Vinyasa Flow, but also I also teach Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa + HIIT. On and off the mat, I like to play, explore, adventure, and restore. I love creative movement and creating spaces for moving and breathing in community. Yoga has been such a gift in my life and I am grateful for the opportunity to share it with others.d Hatha yoga.
