Our private retreat center is right on the Sea of Cortez, just steps from the beach, and just an hour and a half from Cabo. Our idyllic location offers a harmonious blend of tranquility and adventure: hike up the sandy arroyos or summit a nearby peak; snorkel in the Protected Marine Preserve with colorful ocean life; relax in the hot tub; or stargaze under the desert sky.
Or, take a short stroll down the beach to the charming village of Cabo Pulmo with small restaurants, quiet bars, and convenience shops selling the basics.

Savor colorful, flavorful meals at our open air dining palapa. Our local chefs use fresh, seasonal ingredients and traditional recipes to create nourishing and delicious meals.
RELAX AND REJUVENATE
Designed to maximize comfort and harmony with nature, the rooms are the perfect place to relax and enjoy. All rooms have comfy beds beds, private bathrooms with rain showers, AC, and are fully enclosed. Opt for a private room, or share a double or triple. The twice daily movement classes will be led primarily by Heather Vaught and Majo Reina Mencias. FLY Co-owners, Jessica Bartley and Holly Bussmus will also be retreating with you! There may be a couple other teachers and staff from FLY on the trip as well!
Yes! While we are offering a $100 discount to FLY members, your friends and family members are welcome to join you – even if they haven’t been to FLY before.
We will do our best to pair you with a great roommate! In the rare case that we are unable to secure a roommate, you will have the option to purchase a private upgrade or switch to your next available room choice. We’ll be in touch with you throughout the process.
We will try our best to accommodate all restrictions, as long as we are notified in advance. Once you submit your deposit, we’ll send you a registration form so you can communicate any allergies or preferences that you have.
There is internet service with wifi, but it is limited and the speed might be slower than you are used to. The Wifi works well for WhatsApp and email, so you will be able to stay in touch with friends and family via the internet. There is also limited cell service available, pending your provider. Overall, the retreat is a great opportunity to unplug and be present!
