This three-part handstand series, led by Jamie King, is designed to help you build strength, confidence, and clarity in your inversion practice, one layer at a time. This series is for curious beginners, seasoned practitioners, and anyone who wants to feel more empowered upside down. Expect strength, drills, play, and plenty of permission to wobble. Come learn how to balance with less effort and more trust.

Hands & Arms: Learn how to root, grip, and stack for safer, stronger handstands. We’ll focus on wrist care, shoulder stability, and pushing the floor away.

April 25 | 3:00 – 4:30 pm
Legs & Feet: Discover how your lower body shapes your balance. We’ll explore lines, scissor control, entry variations, and how your legs can either help or hijack your handstand.

May 16 | 3:00 – 4:30 pm
Core: Connect it all through intelligent core engagement, hollow body awareness, and controlled transitions that make handstands feel lighter and more sustainable.
