Enrollment is open for our Fall 2026 Teacher Training!
Whether you feel called to teach or simply want to deepen your relationship with yoga, this training is an invitation to grow, both personally and collectively, with intention.
Over the course of 14 weeks, we will move, study, reflect, and learn together in a supportive community. You will deepen your practice while building a strong foundation in yogic philosophy, functional anatomy, sequencing and alignment, and meditation. Along the way, you will also explore what it means to show up as yourself, hold space for others, and trust your own voice.
This is more than a training. It is a space to connect, to be both challenged and supported, and to step more fully into yourself, both on and off the mat.
program structure
We’ve designed this training to be immersive yet sustainable, allowing space for integration, rest, and real life.
We’ll meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings, along with every other weekend, over 14 weeks (with a one-week break for Thanksgiving). This steady rhythm supports both deep learning and meaningful connection without burnout.

A CURRICULUM ROOTED IN PRACTICE & COMMUNITY
Our 200-hour curriculum weaves together the essential pillars of yoga with an emphasis on lived experience, curiosity, and connection.
Together, we will:
- Deepen your understanding of asana, alignment, and the “why” behind the poses
- Explore functional anatomy in a way that honors and includes all bodies
- Learn the art of thoughtful, creative, and accessible sequencing
- Practice holding space, for yourself and for others, with care and awareness
- Develop your voice and confidence as a teacher and leader
- Engage with yoga philosophy in ways that feel relevant and meaningful today
- Use tools like music, language, and pacing to shape intentional class experiences
- Build genuine relationships and a sense of community
INVESTMENT
Your tuition includes unlimited in-person classes at Firelight, access to FLY On Demand, and ongoing mentorship throughout the program.

We believe learning to teach happens not just through study, but through experience and support. As part of the training, you’ll lead a community “Karma” class—an opportunity to step into teaching in a real, supported environment. You’ll be encouraged to invite friends and loved ones, and you’ll receive thoughtful feedback from your trainers to help you grow with confidence.
If you’re feeling the pull, even just a quiet curiosity, we’d love to have you join us!
