We offer classes in a variety of styles and intensities led by teachers from different training backgrounds, with each instructor contributing to a collective energy that makes Firelight Yoga unique.

Teacher Training
Firelight Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with the Yoga Alliance. Our teacher training and Continuing Education modules are approved by, and follow the core curriculum and ethical standards of, Yoga Alliance.
I have found a true yoga practice here. I don’t know where my mental health would be without the classes and teachers here. There’s more to say than I can type in a public review but I have so much gratitude for this place. The teachers at firelight are a cut above and I walk away from every single unique class having deepened my practice, my mind body connection and my presence in the moment. I always find hat I need here whether it’s a sweaty workout or mental clarity or a safe space of peace.
The staff is incredible, there is a wide variety of class types and I love the recent addition of more class times. I have been way more motivated to move my body since coming here! Thank you FL ❤️
Several years ago I found myself in a familiar rut, and really needing a new outlet and expanded community. Years before I had tried hot yoga, and thought it wasn’t not for me. I’m so, so glad I opened myself up to it again because Firelight has been a grounding presence in my life ever since. The instructors are top notch, and you just get a good feeling about how they feel about being there. The owners clearly put a lot into building community with their members and instructors, and that trust between all of us makes me feel great about going back again and again. When I first started coming to the studio I was only really there in the cool months, but I’m now there year round. It’s actually a little quieter in the summer and you get to spread out a bit more in class. Cheers and thank you, Firelight Yoga!

If you practice at least 2x’s per week consistently, this is the way to go! With unlimited class signups, you can practice until your heart’s content.

Practicing once a week or only on the weekend? Supplementing another fitness activity? Consistency does not require frequency. FLY Five autopay may be for you.

1 Week All-Access
A great option for travelers visiting Portland, or for anyone that has extra time to practice frequently in a particular week with no commitment to continue after 7 days.
