In-Studio

Live Stream
Sign up for a live stream class, and you can choose to take it live or rent it for later! One class every day is offered on a sliding scale.
On-Demand
FLY TV is where you can access hundreds of classes 24/7 that vary in duration and intensity! New classes added weekly!
Our Studio
Radiantly-heated classes are held in our Fire Room, unheated classes take place in our Earth Room, and our live-stream classes are broadcasted from our Water Room.
Our Classes
We offer classes in a variety of styles and intensities led by teachers from different training backgrounds, with each instructor contributing to a collective energy that makes Firelight Yoga unique.
Workplace Wellness
We work directly with you to understand your company’s specific goals and curate an individualized program tailored to the needs of you and your team members, as well as your budget.
Teacher Training
Firelight Yoga is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with the Yoga Alliance. Our teacher training and Continuing Education modules are approved by, and follow the core curriculum and ethical standards of, Yoga Alliance.

Firelight blew all that out of the water; they make everyone feel welcome and safe to practice where they are at with no pretension. Their zoom classes have been life savers during lockdown. I have to give special shout outs to Chelsea, Wendy and Haley M, who all have such different styles, but make you feel as if you are in such safe hands, and that you can do more than you ever thought you could.
I was embraced and accepted and pushed based off of my own skills, not others. I feel welcome and rejoiced, there isn’t another studio quite like it!

If you practice at least 2x’s per week consistently, this is the way to go! With unlimited signups for both in-studio and livestream classes, you can practice until your heart’s content.
