Warm

A vinyasa flow style class for women and femme-identifying people to move without pressure. This is about being in your body at the end of the day. You don’t need energy to come, the class is designed to create it. A safe space to decompress, reconnect, and leave feeling steadier than when you walked in.

  • Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist and/or you are not marked as a no-show.
  • You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 7:30 am classes. All other class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class time.
