Our Classes


Whether you are craving the heat, prefer an unheated class, or you like practicing from home- we have options for you! Our radiantly-heated classes are held in the Fire Room and our unheated classes are held in the Earth Room.

Strength and Mobility

Unheated

This unheated class is designed to support flexibility, joint health, and overall range of motion. Suitable for all levels, it blends gentle stretching, dynamic movement, core strengthening, and targeted poses that help release tension, enhance mobility, and build stability around the joints. Participants often notice more ease in daily movement, less stiffness, and an increased sense of overall well-being.

Class Instructions

  • Arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate traffic and parking if driving. Classes will start promptly as scheduled, but please call the studio if you are running a couple minutes late to let us know.
  • Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist and/or you are not marked as a no-show.
  • You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 7:30 am classes. All other class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class time.

Sunday Reset: Yoga + Journaling

Unheated

A closing ritual for the week. Bring a notebook or journal and a pen to class weekly, if you have one. We begin with a grounding, gentle yoga flow to clear out physical and mental residue from the week. Think: just enough movement to help you land back in your body. 

After the body settles, the class shifts into guided journaling and reflection. You’ll be led through weekly prompts focused on self-reflection, digging deeper, and reconnecting with what actually matters to you right now. This isn’t homework or productivity – it’s space to hear your own thoughts again. 

We’ll close with clearing breath-work and rest so you leave calm, clear and organized rather than mentally full.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow

Unheated

In this playful, exploratory and energizing practice, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and work with where you are today. Instructors guide you through a sequence of physical postures to increase balance, strength, and flexibility while emphasizing connections between breath and flowing movement. The class generally includes a short meditation and/or inspired message at the start, gentle warm up exercises, sun salutations, standing postures and plenty of time to wind down into your final resting pose.

Warm Deep Stretch

A calming and grounding practice focusing on a full body stretch including the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. Find release, balance and calm with this soothing practice, whether you have been sitting at a desk all day, or participating in high-intensity workouts resulting in tired, shaky muscles. The room is ambiently warm – not actively heated.

Warm Deep Stretch + Myofascial Release

Warm

A calming and grounding practice focusing on a full body stretch including the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings combined with myofascial release (also known as self-massage). Self-guided pressure is applied with the help of tennis or lacrosse balls in areas of the body such as hips, glutes and shoulders. Find release, balance and calm with this soothing practice, whether you have been sitting at a desk all day, or participating in high-intensity workouts resulting in tired, shaky muscles. Benefits specific to myofascial release can include increased circulation, increased joint flexibility, injury prevention, release of endorphins to help reduce pain, and relief from muscle tension and mental stress. The room is ambiently warm – not actively heated.
