NEW YEAR, NEW SCHEDULE, MORE CLASSES
In our ongoing commitment to our community—and to make it easier than ever to fit yoga into your life—we are thrilled to announce the expansion of our schedule! By adding over 20 new classes each week, we’re offering you more flexibility in class start times and significantly reducing the number of waitlisted classes.
New Schedule Starts February 5!
A Few Highlights:
- Sliding Scale Classes: We’re doubling these to two per day, making yoga more accessible than ever.
- Two Free community class offerings weekly: On Thursdays at 7:30 pm, we will continue offering our free BIPOC Community – Flow & Restore class, led by Majo. Starting Feb 9th, we will be adding our free Queer + Trans Yoga class, led by Amy L. on Sundays at 3:00 pm!
- More Pilates: We’re increasing Pilates classes from 2 per week to 3! In addition to Wednesday & Friday mornings, join Joey on Sunday afternoons!
- Prenatal Yoga: We are excited to (re)introduce prenatal yoga classesto our regular class schedule in support of all pregnant people and family builders. (Mondays and Thursdays at 1:30 pm, starting Feb. 24)
Beloved Classes Adjusted: To accommodate these additions, some of your favorite class times may shift. We hope this small adjustment allows for even more flexibility in your schedule!
This new schedule will also allow us to better utilize both rooms with shorter transitions, creating space for all the exciting new offerings.
As always, cleanliness remains our top priority. To uphold the quality you’ve come to expect, we’re excited to hire new Operations Assistants dedicated to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. (We are actively recruiting Operations Assistants now!)
