Prenatal Yoga: Every Monday and Wednesday

Mondays at 3:00 pm | Wednesdays at 12:00 pm
Led by Amy Liss

This class is designed to facilitate connection and community for people in all stages of pregnancy. Whether you are preparing for birth or navigating life after it, this is a time to honor your body, your strength, and your evolving journey. Together we’ll hold supportive space for both resilience and vulnerability, using yoga-based tools to guide you through the physical and emotional transitions of the perinatal period.

Classes are tailored to meet the unique needs of pregnancy and postpartum recovery—focusing on:

  • safe core strengthening
  • pelvic floor health
  • alignment-focused movement
  • breathing and visualization techniques
  • easing common discomforts
  • building confidence
  • evidence-based childbirth education
  • intentional rest

No prior yoga experience is necessary. All pregnant and postpartum people are welcome!

Prenatal Yoga is part of our regular class schedule. Use any studio class package to sign up. Please consider arriving 15 minutes prior to the start of class to meet other students and chat with the instructor!
