YOGA NIDRA 1st Sundays

Join us every 1st Sunday of the month at 6pm in the Earth Room for this special 75-minute event!

Yoga Nidra, or Yogic Sleep, is a powerful meditation method (derived from the tantras) of practicing deep mental, physical, and emotional rest.

Led by Newsha Rostampour, this class will offer guidance into complete therapeutic relaxation. Beginning with breathwork and light movement to warm and prepare the body + mind to receive, Newsha will then guide you through a multi-dimensional meditation, inviting the senses to draw completely inward, while diving into the depths of your own healing potential. We make space for inner peace, and calm, so that our bodies can heal, and grow.  

There will be yoga props available, but please bring your yoga mat if you have one (or you can rent one from the studio,) and feel free to bring anything additional to help you be very comfortable, i.e. eye cover, socks, etc.
