Teacher Training
Whether a 200-hour course, or a continuing education program, we pour our heart and soul into every element of the training, as well as all of our students. We make sure to provide each student with the tools they need and opportunities to gain experience so that everyone walks away feeling confident in their ability to teach.

Dive into our 30-hour Sculpt Immersion
This training is designed to elevate your sculpt teaching skills and deepen your knowledge teaching fitness. Over the course of this training, you will explore the essentials of how to teach Sculpt, blending yoga with high-intensity conditioning to create effective, balanced and FUN classes. By the end, you’ll be ready to confidently and safely lead Sculpt 1 and Sculpt 2 classes.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Foundational Knowledge
Gain an in-depth understanding of major muscle groups, anatomy, and physiology relevant to sculpt classes.
Class Breakdown
Master the art of planning and sequencing dynamic Sculpt I and II classes that challenge and inspire students.
Technique & Alignment
Learn the nuances of form, alignment, and common misalignments to ensure effective and safe practices.
Teaching Skills
Develop your teaching voice, learn how to create engaging sequences, and discover how to motivate and connect with your students.

Nov. 8, 9 & 10
Nov. 15, 16 & 17
Fridays: 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Saturdays: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Sundays: 1:300 pm – 6:30 pm
+ must attend 1 of Majo’s 12pm Sculpt 1 (unheated) classes on either 11/9 or 11/16
+ must attend 1 of Joey’s 12pm Warm Sculpt 2 classes on either 11/10 or 11/17
+ teach 1 karma class, open to the FLY Community

Two scholarships are available for those experiencing financial hardship through the FLY Equity Scholarship: one at 50% of tuition cost and one at 80% of tuition cost. (Must apply by Oct. 7, 2024)

* Enrollees must have 200 hour YTT certification complete before starting the sculpt training in order to receive the 30 hours of continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance. Must be present for all 30 hours of the training to successfully complete.
This immersion is ideal for fitness professionals, yoga instructors, or anyone passionate about incorporating sculpt-based workouts into their repertoire or learning more about teaching fitness. Whether you are new to teaching or looking to enhance your existing skills, this course will provide valuable insights and practical tools to lift you up.
Requirements:
• Attend every session + all scheduled hours
• Wear comfortable, athletic clothing
• Be prepared to engage actively and participate in all exercises.
Once enrolled, we will get you on the roster for all sessions of the training and reach out to you to confirm which dates you plan to take the required public sculpt classes with Majo and Joey so we can get you on those class rosters as well.
