Our studio is participating in Momentum Workshops, an annual dance, fitness, and movement series highlighting phenomenal instructors of marginalized genders in the Portland area. All proceeds go directly to Rose Haven, an extraordinary day shelter providing a safe space and resources for women, children, and gender- diverse people experiencing homelessness and poverty in our community.
Led by Heather Klawender, Werk Flow is a crazy fun combination of fitness, yoga and grooves that will put you in touch with your inner badass. All-levels are welcomed and encouraged!
$35 (all proceeds to Rove Haven)
