Non-Solicitation Policy

Firelight Yoga makes a substantial investment in recruiting, hiring, training and retaining its employees in order to develop and maintain the skill set required for them to provide you with the outstanding training, instruction and service you and we have come to expect from our studio.  It would cause significant harm to the company if members were to hire employees to provide private yoga instruction outside of Firelight Yoga.  Accordingly, you are not permitted to solicit or hire any employee of Firelight Yoga to provide yoga instruction, training, or classes outside of or away from Firelight Yoga without the express written permission from the Owners. You are also prohibited from interfering with our employment relationships by soliciting or inducing Firelight Yoga employees to leave employment with Firelight Yoga.  Firelight Yoga reserves the right to seek damages for any violations to this policy.
