This is an all-levels Warm Deep Stretch yoga class that is accessible to people of all experience levels.

Firelight Yoga will be closed to the general public for this class so that people attending will feel comfortable in using any bathroom of their choice. We have male identifying, female identifying and a single-stall gender neutral bathroom available.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Class is limited to 16 people and masks are required while inside the building, as well as during practice.
This is a safe space and this class is for Trans people only.

REGISTRATION: Pre-registering is highly recommended due to our small capacity. We do not charge late-cancel or no-show fees for free classes, but if you sign up and know you will not be able to attend after all, please cancel your reservation asap so anyone on the waitlist has the opportunity to come.
