FLY turns 1

It’s been waaaay too long since the last blog post! But if I was looking for a special occasion to make a post, this is it!

On January 3, 2015, we opened our doors to the community for the practice of yoga and to support healthy lifestyles. The first year of anything is always a learning experience and is full of growth and many challenges. Thanks to YOU, and the rest of the community, we not only survived our first year, we supported each other and literally changed lives! It’s true. We hear it practically every day.

Now it’s our turn to thank you for changing our lives. Jessica and I could never begin to imagine over a year ago how much joy our lives would be filled with thanks to your support and commitment to your health and well-being. Our anniversary celebration Jan. 2-3 was a very special weekend for us. We were thrilled to offer a free Glow Flow class to our members and have drawings for class packages in gratitude for all of your support.

We will continue to support local charities and be involved in the community wherever we can. We look forward to many more years of growth and happiness together!
