Warm Deep Stretch + Myofascial Release
Heated Classes
A calming and grounding practice focusing on a full body stretch including the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings combined with myofascial release, (also known as self-massage.) Self-guided pressure is applied with the help of tennis balls in areas of the body such as hips, glutes and shoulders. Find release, balance and calm with this soothing practice, whether you have been sitting at a desk all day, or participating in high-intensity workouts resulting in tired, shaky muscles. Benefits of myofascial release can include increased circulation, increased joint flexibility, injury prevention, release of endorphins to help reduce pain, and relief from muscle tension and mental stress. Room is radiantly heated to approximately 90-95 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout the class as needed.
Warm Sculpt I
Heated Classes
This class will help you build lean muscle through total body conditioning in a way that will lend more energetic awareness to your regular yoga practice. Optional free weights, plyometrics and cardio bursts are incorporated to quickly get your heart pounding. Similar to our “Sculpt II” class but with less cardio and more emphasis on form and alignment. Room is radiantly heated to approximately 90-95 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout the class as needed. (PLEASE NOTE: Music is matched with the pace and intensity of the class and is often played at loud volumes, which may be uncomfortable for some. Ear plugs are available at the front desk upon request.)

Yin
Unheated Classes
Yin Yoga is an introspective practice of stillness, patience, and non-reactivity while targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. This class will include a handful of poses that are held for several minutes in order to work the deeper “yin” tissues of our ligaments, joints, deep fascial networks and even our bones in order to increase flexibility and improve range of motion.

Yin – 80 min.
Unheated Classes
Enjoy a longer yin practice with more time to find your sweet-spot. A perfect unheated complement to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles of yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. You’ll be surprised at how fast 80 min. feels when you practice Yin Yoga!
