Unheated Classes
Joseph Pilates said that “physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”
This low-impact (classical inspired) mat Pilates class, will embody just that while offering the principles of centering, concentration, controlled breath, precision, and flow. All you need to bring is your yoga or pilates mat.
In this class, we warm up together and flow through classical Pilates mat exercises, moving the spine, strengthening the trunk, and building heat in the body. Appropriate for all bodies, this class is designed to lengthen, align and sculpt. We take time in these classes to focus on technique and breathing. You’ll leave feeling connected within your body and relaxed within your mind. We may utilize props occasionally for resistance in this unheated class – suitable for all levels.
Class Instructions
- Arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate traffic and parking if driving. Classes will start promptly as scheduled, but please call the studio if you are running a couple minutes late to let us know.
- Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist and/or you are not marked as a no-show.
- You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 7:30 am classes. All other class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class time.

Power Vinyasa
Unheated Classes
An unheated high-intensity vinyasa class for those looking for a physically challenging class focusing on intelligent alignment, breath control, and strength building to safely move into more advanced postures. Classes are designed to increase body awareness and decrease stress as you learn to respond to difficult situations with ease and focus. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required. Be prepared to sweat!

Power Vinyasa + HIIT
Unheated Classes
“Power Vinyasa meets Sculpt.” The first half of class will build heat through a powerful vinyasa flow focused on intelligent alignment, mobility, breath control, and strength building. The second half of class will build on our flow with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercises. HIIT alternates between short bursts of intense exercise followed by low intensity recovery periods. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required. Be prepared to sweat!

Prenatal Yoga
Unheated Classes
Starts Feb. 24, 2025! This community welcomes all pregnant people and family builders, and is inclusive of a wide range of identities and experience levels. Together we will hold supportive space for both strength and vulnerability, and utilize tools from the yoga practice to honor times of physical and emotional transition.
Classes are tailored to the unique needs of the perinatal period — encouraging confidence, easing common discomforts, and resourcing in community. Offerings include adaptive and alignment-focused movement, breathing and visualization techniques, evidence-based childbirth education, and intentional rest practices.

Sculpt I
Unheated Classes
This unheated level 1 sculpt class will help you build lean muscle through total body conditioning in a way that will lend more energetic awareness to your regular yoga practice. Optional free weights, plyometrics and cardio bursts are incorporated to quickly get your heart pounding. Similar to our “Sculpt II” class but with less cardio and more emphasis on form and alignment. (PLEASE NOTE: Music is matched with the pace and intensity of the class and is often played at loud volumes, which may be uncomfortable for some. Ear plugs are available at the front desk upon request.)
