Whether you are craving the heat, prefer an unheated class, or you like practicing from home- we have options for you! Our radiantly-heated classes are held in the Fire Room and our unheated classes are held in the Earth Room.

Deep Stretch

Unheated Classes

A calming and grounding unheated practice in our Earth Room, focusing on a full body stretch including the muscles of the neck, shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings. Find release, balance and calm with this soothing practice, whether you have been sitting at a desk all day, or participating in high-intensity workouts resulting in tired, shaky muscles.

Class Instructions

  • Arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate traffic and parking if driving. Classes will start promptly as scheduled, but please call the studio if you are running a couple minutes late to let us know.
  • Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist and/or you are not marked as a no-show.
  • You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 8 am classes. All other class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class time.

Deep Stretch + Myofascial Release

Unheated Classes

Our full body stretch class combined with myofascial release, (also known as self-massage.) Self-guided pressure is applied with the help of tennis balls in areas of the body such as hips, glutes and shoulders. Benefits of myofascial release can include increased circulation, increased joint flexibility, injury prevention, release of endorphins to help reduce pain, and relief from muscle tension and mental stress.

Flow & Restore

Unheated Classes

This class combines gentle flow practice and restorative passive holds. The first 30 minutes will be a nurturing and gentle vinyasa flow, building subtle heat in the body and focusing on the connection of body and breath. The 2nd half of class will be down on the floor, encouraging stillness and grounding, with a series of restorative and/or yin shapes accessed with the support of props (blankets, bolsters, blocks). You’ll leave this class feeling a balance of re-energized and relaxed.

Gentle Flow

Gentle Vinyasa

Unheated Classes

This unheated class offers a slow and nurturing practice that is well-supported and relaxing. Postures are approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition, making the class simple and accessible for most everyone.

Hot FLY

Heated Classes

Our signature class: a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. We begin by stretching and warming up the body while building into sun salutations and warrior poses, followed by a focused set of standing/balancing postures.   Fire up your core through spine and abdominal strengthening and move with breath through a set of 4 vinyasa flows. Wind down the class with seated poses and deeper stretches to then complete your practice with a final resting pose. Room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-104 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout each class as needed.
