Embark on a Journey of Balance and Flight: A 3-Part Yoga Workshop Series

Join Heather Vaught for an immersive exploration into strength, flexibility, and mindful movement with our three-part workshop series. Each class is designed to empower you in your practice, guiding you through a progression of movements to develop your arm balances and inversions. Class 1: Foundation of Flight with Arm Balances

In the first class, we workshop the groundwork for soaring into arm balances. Through targeted exercises and mindful sequences, you’ll cultivate the strength and flexibility necessary to gracefully lift off the ground, discovering newfound stability and control. (90 minute workshop in the Earth Room & limited to 15 people.)

Class 2: Elevate Your Practice with Inversions
Saturday, Oct. 26 | 2:00 – 3:30 pm

This workshop focuses on the foundations of inversions. Dive deeper into strength-building techniques and alignment principles as you develop control and confidence in your inversion practice. Discover the excitement of being upside down while honing your ability to balance and float.

While we will be building on the knowledge and skills learned from the first part of this 3-part workshop series, (focusing on arm balances,) participation in the first class is not required to sign up for this class. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned inversion practitioner, there will be something for everyone. No experienced required, just an open mind and a willingness to try. (90 minute workshop in the Earth Room & limited to 15 people.)

Class 3: Vinyasa “Float

Join Heather Vaught in merging the elements of arm balances and inversions into a harmonious 60 minute sequence, exploring creative transitions and incorporating newfound skills into a cohesive practice. This class offers a playful environment where you can explore your edge, push beyond limitations, and experience the joy of moving with freedom and expression. This is the final installment of Heather’s 3-part workshop series, where we bring it all together in a fluid, dynamic flow.

This workshop is for anyone who participated in either of Heather’s other workshops focused on arm balances or inversions OR for anyone looking for opportunities to incorporate arm balance and inversions into their practice.
