Join Haley Horsfall, FLY teacher and Brooke Lyons, Sound Healer on Sunday, May 22 at 4 :00 pm for a special Yin Yoga class accompanied by the therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls.

This is a meditative journey designed to provide an experience that combines the healing effects of yin yoga and sound to help you begin a new week in a blissful state of peace.
