Together, we’ll explore Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle by Emily and Amelia Nagoski, a groundbreaking book that blends science, storytelling, and practical strategies to help you understand and overcome burnout. This is a safe, supportive book club designed for women and femme-identifying individuals who give so much to others – and are ready to start giving back to themselves.

Each session will begin with a grounding 5-minute meditation to center ourselves, followed by meaningful loving discussions, reflective exercises, and actionable strategies to help you feel better.

Week 1 (March 2): Understanding Burnout & Completing the Stress Cycle
Dive into the science of burnout and learn how to complete the stress cycle to move from survival to renewal.

Explore how societal expectations and systemic pressures contribute to burnout – and how to push back.

Week 3 (March 16): Growing Mighty & Creating Change
Discover how to cultivate resilience, set boundaries, and create sustainable change in your life.
