Gentle Vinyasa

This class offers a slow, nurturing practice designed to promote relaxation and ease, helping to cultivate a greater sense of balance and well-being. With a focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, and repetition, postures are introduced gradually, allowing for a well-supported and inviting experience.
Class Instructions
- Arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate traffic and parking if driving. Classes will start promptly as scheduled, but please call the studio if you are running a couple minutes late to let us know.
- Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist and/or you are not marked as a no-show.
- You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 7:30 am classes. All other class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class time.

Hot FLY

This is Firelight Yoga studio’s signature class – a fusion of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. We begin by stretching and warming up the body while building into sun salutations and warrior poses, followed by a focused set of standing/balancing postures. Fire up your core through spine and abdominal strengthening and move with breath through a set of 4 vinyasa flows. Wind down the class with seated poses and deeper stretches to then complete your practice with a final resting pose. The room is radiantly heated, so be prepared to sweat! Fresh air is exchanged periodically throughout the class as needed.

A high-intensity vinyasa class for those looking for a physically challenging experience focusing on intelligent alignment, breath control, and strength building to safely move into more advanced postures. Classes are designed to increase body awareness and decrease stress as you learn to respond to difficult situations with ease and focus. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required. Hot Vinyasa

In this playful, exploratory and energizing practice, you are encouraged to move at your own pace and work with where you are today. Instructors guide you through a sequence of physical postures to increase balance, strength, and flexibility while emphasizing connections between your breath and flowing movement. The class generally includes a short meditation and/or inspired message at the start, gentle warm up exercises, sun salutations, standing postures and plenty of time to wind down into your final resting pose.
