Whether you are craving the heat, prefer an unheated class, or you like practicing from home- we have options for you! Our radiantly-heated classes are held in the Fire Room and our unheated classes are held in the Earth Room.

Hot Gentle Vinyasa

Heated Classes

This class offers a slow and nurturing practice that is well-supported and relaxing. Postures are approached in gradual steps, with plenty of time to focus on breathing and repetition, making the class simple and accessible for most everyone. Room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-104 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout the class as needed.

Class Instructions

  • Arrive at the studio no later than 5 minutes prior to class start time. Give yourself plenty of time to navigate traffic and parking if driving. Classes will start promptly as scheduled, but please call the studio if you are running a couple minutes late to let us know.
  • Always check in at the desk immediately upon arrival! It is important that your attendance has been confirmed so that your spot is not given up to someone on the waitlist and/or you are not marked as a no-show.
  • You must cancel before 8 pm the night prior for all 6 am and 8 am classes. All other class reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours before class time.

Heated Classes

A high-intensity vinyasa class for those looking for a physically challenging experience focusing on intelligent alignment, breath control, and strength building to safely move into more advanced postures. Classes are designed to increase body awareness and decrease stress as you learn to respond to difficult situations with ease and focus. Previous yoga experience is recommended but not required. Be prepared to sweat! Room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-104 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout the class as needed.

This class utilizes the physical postures to increase balance, strength and flexibility while emphasizing the connections between breath and flowing movement. This practice includes a short meditation and/or inspired message at the start, gentle warm up exercises, sun salutations, standing postures and plenty of time to wind down into a final resting pose. In this playful, exploratory and energizing practice, you are encouraged to move with your own breath and work with where you are today. Room is radiantly heated to approximately 100-104 degrees & air is exchanged periodically throughout each class as needed.

Pilates

Joseph Pilates said that “physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness.”

This low-impact (classical inspired) mat Pilates class, will embody just that while offering the principles of centering, concentration, controlled breath, precision, and flow. All you need to bring is your yoga or pilates mat.

In this class, we warm up together and flow through classical Pilates mat exercises, moving the spine, strengthening the trunk, and building heat in the body. Appropriate for all bodies, this class is designed to lengthen, align and sculpt. We take time in these classes to focus on technique and breathing. You’ll leave feeling connected within your body and relaxed within your mind. We may utilize props occasionally for resistance in this unheated class – suitable for all levels.
