Restorative Yoga, Handcrafted Chocolate, & an Exploration of the Chakras: Feb. 14

AWAKEN THE SENSES

Saturday, February 14 | 3 – 4:30 pm

Join us for a restorative yoga journey centered on the Root and Heart Chakras. Through slow, supported movement and sensory meditation, we’ll explore the connection between our physical and energetic selves.

As part of this experience, you’ll enjoy custom-made chocolate, handcrafted by Zsuzsanna in small batches using organic cacao. Infused with ashwagandha for grounding, and saffron and rose for heart-connection, these treats are more than just chocolate—they are tools for transformation. Slow down, savor, and explore how the Chakras can help you navigate the beautiful link between your body, your emotions, and your energy.

About Zsuzsanna Mangu

I’m a yoga teacher and chocolatier based in Portland. I teach vinyasa as well as restorative and gentle practices, with an emphasis on mindful movement, breath, and building a supportive relationship with the body. I’m currently in yoga therapy school, which informs how I work with the body and the nervous system in my teaching.

I’ve been making chocolate since 2020 through my small business, working with organic cacao and crafting small-batch chocolate by hand. Over the years, I’ve developed my own recipes and flavor combinations, and I enjoy working with chocolate as a hands-on practice that engages the senses.
