FLY is Hiring for Studio Manager Position!
Firelight Yoga is looking for an experienced & interpersonally-savvy LEADER to join our FLY family as Studio Manager.

EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Management role is required, preferably at a yoga or fitness studio
- Experience with Mariana Tek, Sling, and/or ADP software is a plus, but will train the right candidate
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Available to work 40 hours each week with set schedule that may be adjusted based on the dynamic needs of the studio over time
- Flexible to pick up additional shifts outside of the set weekly schedule, on occasion, if unable to find coverage otherwise. Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate for any hours worked > 40/week (but should be a last resort and only with approval).
WEEKLY SET SCHEDULE – 40 HRS:
- Fridays 8:45 am-10:45 am from home + 11:45 am-6:45 pm onsite (9 hrs)
- Saturdays 7:45 am-3:15 pm onsite (7.5 hrs)
- Sundays 9:45 am-4:15 pm onsite (6.5 hrs)
- Mondays 11:45 am-8:15 pm onsite (8.5 hrs)
- Tuesdays 11:45 am-8:15 pm onsite (8.5 hrs)
- <Wednesdays/Thursdays – OFF>

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS of the FLY Studio Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- On-site studio support 5 days/week as outlined above for set schedule
- Management of studio employees; including ensuring new hire training & onboarding is complete, documentation of attendance tracking, documentation & implementation of disciplinary procedures & subsequent coaching/mentoring done, celebration of staff birthday months & work anniversaries, as well as hiring & firing of employees as needed
- Overseeing & scheduling of employees for studio classes, desk shifts, & FLY TV filming/production shifts
- Management of employee time-off requests, including applying Combined PTO as appropriate
- Yearly employee reviews for all non-management employees, on the anniversary of their hire dates
- 30 minute annual employee check- in meetings with all non-management employees to be done during the six months opposite of yearly employee reviews
- Implementation & reinforcement of Firelight Yoga Core Values & Mission within the employee group and studio community
- Clear & timely communication with the Co-Owners, Management Team & Employees
- Participation in weekly Management Team meetings on Friday mornings
- Manage, plan & lead quarterly staff meetings
- Manage & plan yearly staff holiday party & summer team building events
